  Convenient location. Clean room. Awful shower design. Room was extremely cold when I checked in, but no complaints after it warmed up.

  Sad at the start, checked in at 4:45pm and given a room not cleaned yet so couldn't get into room until after 5pm. I asked for another room and was told there was no other rooms, however the place was pretty empty. However, beds are super comfortable and the location is great, so I would stay there again.

  Stayed at this hotel for 8 nights recently but unfortunately could not switch hotels due to availability in other hotels in the area. I was not happy at all with my stay the rooms were dirty and the maid service daily was terrible and on one day of my stay my room was left unlocked and opened by staff and when addressed to front desk and no point in the conversation an apology was given!! I would not recommend to stay at this hotel! 0/5 if I could give it

  I give this place 3 stars but really want to give it a 5. Decided on a 3 because unfortunately there have been a couple times we have stayed and the woman at the front desk is definitely a little less friendly than she should be. Both encounters I have had with this woman honestly makes me not want to stay here when she is working. We started staying here quite a bit when in town & would love for this to continue to be our go to hotel but I could not be bothered to deal with her again.

  Great hotel. Very accommodating. Location is great - we had a fantastic view of the city from our room. The hotel is very pet-friendly!
