    Great facility. Sauna is awesome, showers are good too. Tracy makes the experience she's a doll.

    Probably the most ghetto gym in corner brook, only for meat heads. Not recommend. Crowded with seniors and high schoolers.

    Bro gym...lots of free weights and benches but only one squat rack and limited space for deadlift.

    Reasonably priced with everything you need for a quality workout and a dry sauna to boot. Only 1 power rack is bit of a hinderance on crowded days.

    This is a fantastic facility. The sauna and showers are amazing, and Tracy at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful :)
