    If you're looking for parts you might as well forget calling in. Half of the time I get an answering machine and when I do get through, they put you on hold and forget about you. When they come back on the line they have no idea who you're waiting for and then you get the excuse that it's really busy. Funny though that when I went in person, there was absolutely no one at the parts counter. Horrible customer service.
