  When I first approached this company to do some major work on two buildings they treated me like gold. They paid very close attention to details made sure they knew what I expected to be done. They also did walk arounds so we could physically go over the work to be completed.

  I was even willing to come to a compromise for them having to remove work they had already done in order to fix what should have been fixed.

  This all went very well for the most part. They agreed with me that If they found any deficiencies when they removed old soffit, siding etc such as rot or bad workmanship that needs to be fixed they'd call and discuss fixing it at an increased cost of course. This being cheaper than tearing out new work at a future date.

  This all went as planned until after the work was paid for and considered completed. A few leaky windows were discovered and they quickly came back and fixed them, but when something more invasive came up that they missed.(they removed old soffit and put back new soffit over solid plywood thus causing ventilation issues.) they would hardly respond to emails, calls or texts messages. I was more than willing to pay as discussed before the park started to fix any needed repairs.
