  We are from out of town and we decided to contact Mr. Herb Canning at Western Toyota when we were considering to buy a new vehicle this Fall. From our first phone call we knew this would be the garage that we would be dealing with from here on in. All of our questions and concerns were dealt with in a timely and respectable manner. The day we arrived to pick up our vehicle, my 4 year old son was with me. We were greeted with a smile and handshakes from many of the Toyota team members there. One of the sales associates brought my son a container of fresh popcorn which was to his delight. We loved the atmosphere, and felt very welcomed. We will continue to be a part of the Toyota team in the future and we would like to personally thank Herb Canning, Yvonne Byrne and Trevor White for such an awesome representation of 5 star service! Way to Go and we LOVE our Highlander!!!!

  Awesome service! We recently purchased a new Toyota Highlander here and found the team was amazing to work with. Being from out of town, we had reservations that the purchase process would be difficult, however the General Manager, Herb, assured us that he would personally see to it that the process would be seamless, and he was right! He took time to listen to our concerns, he gathered as much information from us before he met with us to reduce our wait time at the garage. He made us feel welcomed when we arrived and his team were ready to help. It didn't take long before the paperwork was signed and we were driving away in our new SUV. Thanks Team Western Toyota and a huge thanks to Herb, Trevor and Yvonne. We are very pleased with our vehicle and looking forward to doing business with you again!

  I recently purchased a new Toyota Corolla and found that Chris was absolutely fantastic to work with. As this was my first time purchasing a new car, I had a lot of questions. Chris took the time to answer them all and made suggestions that best suited my budget and lifestyle. I'm very happy with my purchase.

  This dealership was nothing but top notch! Matthew Sheppard went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the truck I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Matthew Sheppard to anyone who is looking for a new or vehicle.

  Excellent service with Western Toyota and all of the staff. The sales and service teams are great. The general manager (Herb Canning) is the BEST! He is very understanding and willing to sit down and have a discussion about your experience at the dealership. Herb believes the customer is number one and will go out of his way to satisfy a customer. My husband and I both own a Toyota and we love it. I am definitely a fan of Western Toyota!
