    Had an appointment for a wheel alignment today. Made it clear when I booked the appointment that I had to drive 2 hours to get there. When I arrived the receptionist told me the machine was down. They didn't even call to inform me! So I'm out 70 bucks in gas and drove over 200 kms each way, only to have to drive back again another day! I can tell you it won't be done at City Tire, they will never get my business again!
